Everyone, including Franchise Owners, receives Freducation® on everything from food prep to how to deliver our honest hospitality for a world-class Freddy’s experience every time. Once you join our family, you go through a 16-to-24-day on-the-job training program with our Wichita training team. We pride ourselves on our world-class training for everyone at Freddy’s with continued field support and ongoing guidance from our Leadership Team following grand opening.
Our Freducation® is always evolving, especially during the pandemic. “We quickly pivoted and focused on drive-thru, carryout and delivery with a cross-functional team,” says Scott Redler, our co-founder and COO. “And we are laser-focused on drive-thru to speed it up significantly, which is really the thing that has kept us rolling at the pace we are.”

Our Franchisee Business Coaches visit restaurants three times a year to do Operational Assessment Reports and Mystery Shops are provided for every location.
